Do I stay with my child/ren during sessions?
All our sessions require an adult to stay with children under 5's.
Can I have a trial session?
Most of our sessions are PAYG and thus we do not offer a trial session.
What happens if I book a session, but then cannot attend?
If you can’t attend and have paid upfront, let us know 24 hours in advance to transfer your payment. Less than 24 hours' notice may not allow for this. For special sessions (e.g. Halloween, Christmas), full payment is required upfront, and no refunds are available.
Are there discounts for block booking?
Our booking system automatically applies a 10% discount when you book 6 Little Discovery sessions. This offer excludes Home Ed sessions and special events.
Are Home Ed children welcome?
Yes, all ages are welcome at our sessions! We believe that diversity in backgrounds, ages, and experiences enriches learning, as everyone has something to teach and learn from each other. If you’d prefer a dedicated session, we also offer a separate Home Ed group on Tuesdays from 10 am to 12 pm.
