Do I stay with my child/ren during sessions?
All our sessions require an adult to stay with children under 5's.
Can I have a trial session?
Most of our sessions are PAYG and thus we do not offer a trial session.
What happens if I book a session, but then cannot attend?
If you can’t attend and have paid upfront, let us know 24 hours in advance to transfer your payment. Less than 24 hours' notice may not allow for this. For special sessions (e.g. Halloween, Christmas), full payment is required upfront, and no refunds are available.
